Photowalk on Nature, People & Justice | Hairunisha Kasim-Moulana, Palani Kumar | Nottingham Tamil Kuzhumam

With support from Nottingham Tamil Kuzhumam, this photowalk invited children and young people to step into their own roles as observers, storytellers and image-makers, offering their ways of seeing Nature, People and Justice.

Photographers Palani Kumar and Hairunisha Kasim Moulana joined the walk to share how photography can hold space for truths that are often overlooked, from the quiet courage of everyday life to the harms done to our environment.

Together, through images and conversations, the group explored how photographs can honour people’s lives, speak to ecological injustice and reflect the world as they experience it with care, clarity and authorship.
