Bo Olawoye will discuss her current work as Diverse Artist Network Co-ordinator for Beam a cultural development organisation that brings together artists and communities to create and shape inspiring public spaces in the North of England. For this role she is exploring and addressing how to build a more inclusive and diverse workforce of artists creating work in public spaces. The aim is to create a support programme for artists, based on their feedback that represents the communities and places where they work.
